The property was perfectly fine with nice staff. Our twin room with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card was stylish. The location in a lovely area was good and marvellous and there were a mall and supermarkets nearby. Also, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza del Duomo.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite and went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests.
